This form is a reminder of the steps needed during a site visit to any potential deployment site as part of the UAO. These information will become part of the information base of each building.
1. Photographs: Use the camera liberally and be sure to include
a. Doorways and elevators that provide access to the roof or window sites.
b. The roof area, especially preferred sites for rooftop installations.
c. The building front and sides.
d. Views up and down all streetsÐthe canyons
e. Views from the rooftop site in all directions (N, E, S, SW, W)
2. GPS positions
a. Each building corner (to compute wall orientations)
b. rooftop installation site
3. Elevations (in m) using GPS or a better device.
a. Ground elevation
b. Building height.
4. Other information
a. A good map with the target near the center and covering about 1 Km radius.
b. A satellite view of the same region.
c. GIS map.
